Scottish Awards for Quality in Planning 2002Last year's awards On 28 February this year, the fifth Scottish Planning Awards ceremony was held at the Hub, Edinburgh. There were 39 entries across the three categories. The 6 award winners for 2001 were:
Designing Places Award "Higher standards of design depend on the attitude, knowledge and skills of everyone involved in the development process" Designing Places, November 2001.
This year's awards Nominations closed in September for the 2002 Awards. The 36 entries will be assessed by this year's judges: Gordon Mann, Barbara Illsley and Joan Burnie. The Minister for Social Justice will present the awards at the Hub on 27 February 2003.
