In June last year the discussion document Transforming Public Services : the next phase of reform was published.
This was followed by a wide ranging, open dialogue across Scotland. Discussions were held with public service leaders, service users, front-line workers and others with an interest in public service reform. A formal web-based consultation was also held, and the public responses have been published.
