VAT (where applicable) should be shown separately Payment will be made after satisfactory delivery and evaluation of service provision | Other Information: the Agreement consists of two streams - operational (stream 1) and strategic support (stream 2), and provides 4 grades of individuals (procurement manager to procurement officer), and geographical coverage across Scotland Benefits of using the Framework include: recently market tested pre agreed Statement of Requirements and terms & conditions competitive day rates including a volume discount structure fixed for 2 years minimum agreed procurement competencies and experience per grade simple call off procedures dedicated account manager per contractor co-ordinated framework marketing by the Scottish Government, analysis of management information on framework usage and customer satisfaction levels, and annual financial checks on contractors Scottish public sector bodies wishing to call from the Agreement must, in the first instance, contact the Scottish Government and obtain a Guidance Document which governs access to and use of the framework, and agree to operate the framework in the manner described the parties to the Framework Agreement are the contractors and the Scottish Ministers but for each call off contract, it is the appointed contractor and the Scottish public sector body.
