A contract has been put in place for the provision of Journals and CD Roms
Agencies and Associated Departments procurement staff should contact the contractor directly. To assist in the appraisal of management information and in any future tendering exercises please advise the Scottish Procurement Directorate(SPD) contact of your intention to use this contract.

Print & Internet Titles: 7% handling charge applied to the publisher's list price of the journal
CD-Roms: 3% discount on publishers publisher's list price
E-access Charge: £8:00 for every electronic subscription. This Charge will levied on any 'free with print' or 'print & chargeable internet' subscriptions are not subject to this fee.
