LOOKING TO THE FUTURE - SUSTAINABLE FISHERIES IN AN ERA OF HIGH FUEL COSTS
Richard Lochhead, the Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment, has on conjunction with the fishing industry developed a three year plan to help the industry adapt to the new era of high fuel prices. the plan was formally agreed with the Scottish fuel task force at its meeting on Friday 8 August 2008.
