The inaugural meeting of the Crab & Lobster Commercial Strategy Group took place in the Hilton Hotel, Edinburgh Airport on Tuesday 8th April 2008. There was a good turnout for the meeting from all over Scotland with all sectors of the Crab & Lobster industry represented.
The key objectives of the first meeting were to establish the Terms of Reference for the group, to elect a smaller working group and to get an idea of what issues the group ought to focus on in the coming months. Click on the link below to see minutes of the 8th April meeting.

The next meeting of the strategy group is scheduled for 4th February 2009 in Edinburgh and will be followed on 5th February by the next Working Group, also in Edinburgh. Further details and papers will be issued well in advance.
