BIODIVERSITY ACTION GRANTS SCHEME
The Scottish Executive launched the Biodiversity Action Grants Scheme in 2004 to stimulate and encourage a range of projects that would assist implementation of the aims of the Scottish Biodiversity Strategy to protect and enhance Scotland 's natural environment. The scheme was operated by the Scottish Executive in 2004 and 2005. Further information about these rounds and the 2006 round is given below.
2006
The 2006 round has now closed, and the press release announcing the successful projects can be found by clicking here.
As of 2006/07 the scheme is being managed by the Biodiversity Implemementation Team of the Scottish Biodiversity Forum based within SNH.
2005
