MID-TERM REVIEW OF THE UK'S IMPLEMENTATION OF THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL REGULATIONS
This report presents the findings of an interim assessment of the costs and benefits associated with implementation of the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Directive (96/61/EC) in the United Kingdom through the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 ("the PPC Regulations") or through very similar regulations for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
