PlaceBook Scotland
PlaceBook Scotland is a web-based project for all Scotland's people to share their impressions about our special places. You are invited to express these views through poetry, prose, pictures, photos, video, sculpture, music or song. PlaceBook Scotland will build a picture of the places we have strong associations with. It will let others see what we think of our local landscapes, our reflections on neighbourhood identity and sense of place.
Do you have something to say or show about the place where you were raised, where you live, or go to school, or work in Scotland? If so you will be able to post it on the PlaceBook Scotland website. You will also be able to search the site to see what others have sent in to record their places, and learn more about our diverse landscapes. Whether from young and old, individuals or groups, schools, communities or voluntary organisations.
This project is organised by the Scottish Landscape Forum. It will commence on November 5, 2008 and you can register your interest now at www.PlaceBookScotland.com
