Developments on Waste Management
Regulations on the following issues came into force in
spring 2003:
- Inclusion of Farm Dumps within the Landfill
regulatory regime.
- Amending the Waste Management Licensing
Regulations.
Guidance for farmers on action in this area is being
developed on the basis of independent research.
