Implementation of the Water Environment and Water
Services (Scotland) is a key supporting activity of the
Partnership Agreement.
Its implementation will ensure the sustainable
management and integration of all policies affecting
Scotland's water environment, as emphasised in "Custodians"
and a wide range of stakeholders will be involved in this
process.
